The Management of SCARPA & COLOMBO have invested the funds and provided the personnel and instruments necessary for the creation of the Quality Management System, which will be constantly monitored and periodically assessed, measuring the achievement of the targets set for the controlled processes.

SCARPA & COLOMBO must pay the maximum attention to the customer’s needs and expectations, the requirements of the relevant standards and rules, the continuous improvement of the organisation and the satisfaction of the customer and the parties concerned.

The Management check periodically whether this policy is appropriate to the purposes and corporate context, implemented and shared at all levels of the organisation, by setting objectives of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
